I am delighted to be partnering with a leading PR agency who are looking for a Talent Manager to join their team to work on a hybrid Recruitment and Learning role.

This role offers a mix of ‘hands on’ end to end recruitment and strategic focus on revamping the Talent attraction and development piece.

This SME environment requires someone who is an excellent relationship builder, working with a diverse range of stakeholders to build a talent pipeline.  Recruiting across PR, creative, strategy, design and corporate, you will come with a strong direct sourcing track record, with the ability to be innovative when sourcing candidates.

On the learning side, this role will maintain the relationship with external vendors, partnering the business to identify training needs and assisting on the engagement strategy.

You will have had exposure in the creative sector (in-house or agency side) and will come with a pro-active, versatile and innovative approach

Comfortable building relationships across all levels, you will have high emotional intelligence with a resilient and consultative approach.  Super organised, you will be comfortable managing the end to end recruitment process and will come with a solutions focused approach when attracting top talent into the business.
