Job Title: Team Leader - HR Case Management Location: Newcastle (on occasion, travel in the UK will be a requirement of the role) Salary: 30,000 plus 5% flexible benefits Role Overview As a member of the HR Case Management Team for the SSCL Police sector, the Team Leader will manage HR Case Managers and Advisors with the responsibility for the quality, time and cost of the service ensuring customer and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of HR Case Management, you will need to create a professional customer focused delivery team with an ethos of engagement, development and continuous improvement. The HR Case Management service is critical to the HR service to the SSCL Police sector, delivering an advice service supporting managers achieving the best business outcomes in a range of HR cases. HR Case Management Team Leader Key Responsibilities: Motivate, lead and develop a team for the delivery of the HR Case Management service for SSCL Police ClientWorking as part of the management team, you will deliver the HR case management service to meet quality, time, satisfaction and costsLiaising and working closely with the onsite Case Management team in London to deliver a high quality professional compliant HR Case Management serviceSupporting HR Case Managers and HR Advisors working with client to achieve effective outcomesEnsure that the agreed processes, standards, policies, timescales and quality control are designed to achieve SLA, compliance and customer satisfactionEffectively manage issues and complaints raised by customers and clients in relation to HR Case ManagementDevelop and maintain effective relationships with customers, clients, colleagues, team members and suppliers HR Case Management Team Leader Skills HR professional with significant specialist experience in HR Case ManagementRecognised as a HR manager who creates, builds and maintains high performing engaged teamsHR manager providing risk based advice with sound judgment and business focuses outcomesExperience of building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels/ranksHighly developed influencing and communication skillA coaching and mentoring approach which develops team capability and engagementAbility to organise work to meet deadlines and achieve high standards effectively addressing any performance issuesExperience of successfully delivering client projects and changeAbility to make and communicate difficult decisions and messages HR Case Management Team Leader Desirable Skills Ability to display the required HR knowledge either as a member of CIPD or through experience About the Company SSCL is a joint venture between the Cabinet Office and Sopra Steria who delivers a range of high quality shared services for our Government and Police clients, enabling them to operate more efficiently and more effectively.
