I have the pleasure to be partnering with a fascinating technology business who are a leading body within the market research sector. We are in search of an exceptional Technology who will join their brilliant HR team. They are a global business with a 12 strong HR team and x900 employees in the UK.
In this fantastic new role, you will report into the HR Director and will work closely with the Technology team to build out and recruit for all tech positions across business. The ideal candidate will be able to bring their tech recruitment expertise as well as their little black book of contacts to the business in order to help improve the function. You will utilise a variety of tools to advertise opportunities to prospective candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other forms of social media to attract the very best talent in the market. You will be responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring we drive a first class service.
In order to gain an interview for this role, you will ideally have previous experience recruiting within the tech space as the specialist tech recruiter will have experience recruiting Java Developers and Architects. You will have experience working in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will be a good relationship builder who is comfortable interacting with and managing senior stakeholders in the tech industry.
