- 1-3 years experience as a Technical Sourcer across software development, infrastructure/devops, data, product.
- Ability to manage multiple pipelines.
- Hard working and efficient.
- Keen interest in developing into a Technical Recruiter role.
- Excellent communication and candidate management.
- Ability to think outside the box on ways of attracting talent to the company.
- Internal transition from agency.
- Lots of credibility and buy in from the hiring team.
