L&D Consultant - Tech Start-Up

We are currently working with a tech start-up on an exciting opportunity. This will be a greenfield site with plenty of scope to build, grow and development the Learning and Development function for the ever-growing business.

The role:

Imagine you had unlimited budget and you could bring all of your L&D, leadership and talent ideas to life... this company want you to bring your creativity and innovation to the table and help create the perfect Learning and Talent platform for the business.

The person:

  • Proven L&D experience from within a tech start-up environment
  • The ability to creatively and effectively deliver learning content
  • Work with third party suppliers to effectively create the best training
  • A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
