To attract the best the talent the new Tech Recruiter will work closely with both the HR and Recruitment teams and you will use your combined expertise to optimise current procedures such as modes of candidate attraction.
Reporting into the Lead Tech Recruiter, you will work on end to end recruitment. Essentially, part of this role will be to take ownership of the recruitment process. You will already have a good network of prospective candidates within the industry.
You will have some experience recruiting for digital/tech roles such as software and data engineers.
An analytical mind and attention to detail are key as this role requires a high volume of data and metrics to be presented to be business.
You will be a good relationship builder who is comfortable interacting with and managing senior stakeholders in the tech industry.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisation skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You will have the ability analyse and gather data in an intelligent and efficient manner.
