Our client is a fast paced, fantastic media agency with an opportunity for an HR Manager to join as HRBP and partner with a client group of 300 across the UK. Operating as part of an inspiring HR team, you'll quickly build solid relationships with senior management and guide on organisational design solutions. With an initial focus on ER you will have sound employment law experience to manage restructures, redundancies and a case load of ER. You will be technically strong and have good generalist operational expertise and confident managing a creative and commercial population.
This rolling contract requires you to start at the end of November and could present a permanent opportunity.
