Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an immediately available HR Administrator for a temporary position.
The successful candidate will work within a small central services HR team providing a full Generalist HR services business wide.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
*To ensure that all employee records, including confidential data, training records as well as any changes and anomalies are accurately recorded
*Play a key part in ensuring that the reference and security checks for starters are carried out in a timely and efficient manner to ensure no delays in their start dates
*Supporting the Advisors on a range of projects to ensure data is collated accurately
*Monitoring Best Practice and actively contributing ideas to improve the Administration processes
*All generalist HR administration supporting the full employee life cycle
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Relevant CIPD qualification or working towards is desirable
*Demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced organisation delivering multiple tasks simultaneously
*Proven experience of working in a HR administrative position
