Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an immediately available HR Administrator for a temporary position. My client is a leading name in automotive finance based in the Bradford area
The successful immediately available candidate will work within a small HR team supporting the senior management to deliver a full Generalist remit with a particular emphasis on the Administrative functions for the whole employee life-cycle.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
*To ensure that all employee records, including confidential data, training records as well as any changes and anomalies are accurately recorded
*Support the business with organisation of training courses, booking relevant rooms and sending out invitations
*Play a key part in ensuring that the reference and security checks for starters are carried out in a timely and efficient manner to ensure no delays in their start dates
*Supporting the Advisors on a range of projects to ensure data is collated accurately
*Monitoring Best Practice and actively contributing ideas to improve the Administration processes
*All generalist HR administration, for example minute taking in meetings, initial paperwork preparation for casework, issuing contracts etc.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD qualification or equivalent
*Demonstrable experience in a fast paced organisation
*Be unphased by changing priorities and relish a challenge
*Culturally aware and possess the ability to influence and guide at all levels
