This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to join up with a hugely exciting organisation, who are at the very forefront of their industry.

This individual will have the opportunity to work with the HR Director to build a Reward offering which will attract the very highest calibre of talent within a hugely competitive industry. The organisation is in huge growth mode and is looking for a numerically gifted Manager with exposure to reward and associated disciplines. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop themselves by making an impact and really shaping the direction of the Reward offering.

This Individual must have;

- Experience within the Tech industry.

- Exposure to a high growth environment, start up experience is preferred.

- The desire to build and shape a Reward offering from the ground up, to attract and retain the best talent.

- A progressive way of thinking and looking at Reward.
