Forbes Solicitors, the largest regional law firm in the Northwest, has a vacancy for a Trainee Applications Trainer based at Northgate.  The successful candidate, will work as part of the HR & Training team, supporting the Trainers in delivering training to our “internal customers” ie new and existing members of staff.

 

The successful candidate, will learn the firm’s Case Management System (PfW) in detail.  They will also develop their training style and skills to enable staff to maximise Forbes systems which supports the day to day operations of the Firm.  This role would suit someone wanting to start a career in training.

 

The ideal candidate will be, reliable, enthusiastic, flexible, accurate, organised and have good communication skills, lots of patience and a genuine interest in developing our staff. 

 

Knowledge and experience of computer packages eg. Case Management Systems, Microsoft Office including Outlook is desirable.  Keyboard skills (touch typing), knowledge of ISO 9001 and Level 2 in Business Administration would be an advantage.  Be educated to GCSE level, including Math’s, English and ICT grades 9-4 (A-C), or equivalent.

 

A full UK driving licence and regular access to a vehicle will be required due to the firm being multi-sited.
