Trainer/ Learning and Development Consultant

Position: Learning and Development Consultant 
Location: Home based/London/Macclesfield 
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: £29,092+ (3,405 if based in London)

About the Role: 

Innovate, engage and support – that’s what their members expect from them. They are looking for someone to project manage new learning and development initiatives for colleagues internally as well as their new students’ union facing Training offer. You must be able to design and deliver effective learning opportunities to meet the diverse needs of the business and their membership. 

About You: 

To excel in this exciting role, you will be at home designing and developing classroom, digital and blended Training, with the ability to support colleagues across the organisation to follow quality assurance processes to improve their training design. 

Your strong team working skills will enable you to work alongside colleagues in the L&D team to deliver on the organisation's priorities 

You put members at the heart of your approach, so you’ll be passionate about driving high quality projects that achieve amazing results in improving performance and changing behaviours. 

You’ll be excited about embedding inclusive practices into training design and relating social and environmental justice to a variety training topics. 

You’re knowledgeable about learning & development practices and theory, with a keen interest in keeping up to date with emerging L&D techniques. 

You are organised, with strong planning and prioritisation skills to ensure the successful delivery of the projects you manage 

Your personal values will mean you are passionate about developing your knowledge and skills around diversity, liberation and racial justice. 

You may have experience of the following: Learning and Development Consultant, L&D, Trainer, Training Officer, CIPD, HR, Human Resources, L&D Advisor, e-Learning, Curriculum Development, TPC, L&D Consultant, TUPE, Learning & Development etc.
