Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a Midlands based Training Consultancy looking to appoint a Training Programmes Coach and Assessor. The role can be remote base and will include UK travel.

The role will include course administration, facilitation, tutoring & Coaching as well as accredited assessment responsibilities.

The focus of the role will be to support the retention and achievement of learners on accredited programmes through a variety of training mediums. These will include training, support coaching/tutoring, progression monitoring, formative and summative assessment, verification, administration/record keeping and stakeholder communication.

The key areas are Leadership & Management, Coaching, and Equality & Diversity but these areas might expand in future. The key levels include Level 3 (first line manager) and Level 5 (middle manager).

To be suitable for this role we're looking for the following skills and experience:

-Occupational experience & qualification within the last five years in leadership or management equivalent to Level 5
-Experience with ILM and CMI within the last three years
-Experience with assessment and internal verification of leadership or management qualifications within the last three years at Level 5
-Strong IT literacy, in particular with Microsoft 365 packages and remote meeting software
-Full driving license and access to a car (Mileage will be paid)
-Right to Work in the UK
