My client, a cool and cultured retail organisation with a great workspace are looking for a Training Manager for a period of 12 months to cover Maternity.
The organisation has circa 180 employees and you will sometimes deliver training ( or talks) to up to 100 people. Smaller training groups delivery will include Product training, compliance training, inductions and working with senior managers across the business to identify training needs for their teams. You will have experience of delivering systems training and most importantly designing online e-learning.
Ideally you will have a qualification/ training in HR/ Learning & Development and experience from the Retail or Tech sector. You will be hard working but friendly and approachable and confident enough to be able to deliver training to groups. You will be creative and enjoy working in a relaxed but hard-working and busy, changing environment. You will have a dotted line into the CEO of the organisation so if this is something you are used to, that would be a benefit. You will be able to influence at a senior level and to adapt, change and maintain relationships across the organisation. Ideally you will have some retail experience.
