Involved in researching new areas of business in order to help to compile comprehensive training packs in support of the delivery of training sessions throughout the Pure Business Group. To assist in providing colleagues with the practical skills, knowledge and motivation to carry out all work related tasks and activities. Including developing and delivering technical and non-technical skills, IT skills and business focused training; with the aim to develop outstanding talent and maintain the highest level of competence and skill across the business and to provide support.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Provide weekly reports to Group Head of Training and Development,
Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organisation.
Assist in the development of effective induction programmes.
Assist in the development of effective Graduate Training Programmes.
Assist in devising individual learning plans.
Assist in the production of training materials for in-house courses, which may be delivered across Costs and General Litigation Staff.
Assisting in the delivery of training programs.
Plan and co-ordinate delivery of training courses.
Meeting deadlines and targets in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
Education and Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in equivalent or similar role ( Training or L&D)
Technical knowledge of the law
Presentation experience essential
Strong IT skills
Full UK driving licence
Excellent people skills and attention to detail
Strong organisational and planning skills and a passion for continual improvement
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours of Work: 35 Hours
