Initial 12 month FTC
Our Client is looking to appoint a HR professional who has a wealth of experience with TUPE and TUPE legislation. The role will be based from Gatwick, but you will need to be flexible and mobile as travel to Heathrow can be expected.
Working on an initial 12 month FTC, your main responsibility is to put together an exit plan and oversee the TUPE Out of staff from the business. Being part of a dedicated project team which will report into the HRD directly, you will be involved in consultations, and will work to ensure the client contract runs smoothly until the end.
The successful candidate for this position will be fully experienced in handling high volume TUPE Out projects. Experienced in working with service providers, and of dealing with highly unionised scenarios, you will be fully knowledgeable in TUPE legislation, and able to work in a pressurised environment.
