I have recently partnered with an international technology business who have exciting growth plans for their UK operations and are looking for a driven VP of HR to join the team.
The company develop technology for the medical world and a background in medicine, pharmaceuticals or medical research etc is advantageous.
This role will be responsible for driving the people function across the UK and will be the strategic Business Partner to the leadership team. You will work with senior management to create an environment in which individuals can excel and will also lead a team of HR generalists.
The company has made a number of acquisitions in the UK recently and this role will focus on the integration and harmonising of these acquisitions. Therefore, previous M&A experience is preferred.
