I have recently partnered with an international technology business who have exciting growth plans for their UK operations and are looking for a driven HR Leader to join their UK team.
The company has grown via acquisition in the UK and will continue to do so. There is a lot of work to do around integration and harmonisation therefore experience of Acquisition and integration is a must for this role.
This role will be responsible for a client group in the UK of approx 300 people and have a small team (2) supporting it.
The Head of HR will act as a strategic Business Partner to the leadership team, reporting to the CEO. They will work with senior management to create an environment in which individuals can excel and deliver a people strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Salary: £85,000 + bonus
