Annapurna HR have been exclusively engaged by our London based client to search for an Analyst to assist with the implementation of Workday's Core HCM and Compensation modules.
- Act as a bridge between the Programme Management and Configuration team.
- Ensure the timely implementation of Workday's Core HCM, Compensation & Benefits modules.
- Represent the project to stake holders and communicate technical details to HR.
- Experience with a cloud based HRIS platform and it's use for Core HR / HCM or Compensation & Benefits.
- Previous experience within a programme enviroment.
- A positive "Can Do" attitude.
Workday experience is ideal but not essential.
