An international financial services business is currently looking for a Workforce Capability Analyst to join their growing Business Traveller HR team. This department acts as the centre of expertise for the business traveller policy so is looking for an individual with a passion for global mobility to help formulate the tax compliance and Business Traveller policy to uphold the business prestigious status in this space.
You will be partnering with the external partners in global expat tax to monitor the 20,000 travellers per annum to make sure payroll and tax reporting is supported. You will also be operating all day to day activities associated with the department and how the policies will impact particular divisions and regions across the globe.
You must have a good level of understanding and experience of Tax, although you will not be performing calculations you will be monitoring everything which is outsourced and everything which comes and goes to payroll. You must be sharp when it comes to analytics and have had some past experience around expatriate travellers. Global exposure would be a plus but is not be all and end all.
