We are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to help make a positive impact in the Health Board. As a Workforce Manager you will support the Senior Teams in providing a comprehensive operational HR function to all services across the HB.
We are at an exciting time in the Health Board as we have commenced a public consultation to help change the way we deliver healthcare to our communities in Hywel Dda through our Transforming Clinical Services agenda. This role will help support the provision of expert advice to any organisational change arising out of this programme, provide operational HR support in particular areas of Employee Relations, Attendance Management and Terms and Conditions
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the services with operational workforce expertise, advising on managing employee relations casework, attendance management and terms and conditions to ensure best people focused solutions are identified.
We have 2 roles being advertised on our websites - this one is working with our Teams in Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion with the other role for Carmarthenshire being advertised separately.
These posts are full-time Band 7’s with a starting salary of £38,890 and you will have CIPD.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
